Women in
the Church
W.I.C. meets on the second Saturday of every month at
10:00. This is a time of fellowship and encouragement for the ladies
(17 and older) of Forest Park. The focus is either the Bible or a
book of spiritual import.
GEMS and
Nia Stars
This is an outreach ministry of Forest Park women to the
girls of our church and our community. They meet during the school
year on Monday evenings from 7:00 to 8:30.
Boys
Brigade
During the school year the Boys Brigade meets every
Tuesday evening from 6:45 to 8:30. The men of Forest Park coordinate this
outreach to young urban males.
Sanctuary Choir
The Sanctuary Choir is made up primarily of seniors who
enjoy singing anthems and some contemporary arrangements of sacred
music. They enhance our worship several times a month.
Gospel
Choir
Forest Park is blessed to have a visual representation of
what the church should look like with our cross-generational gospel
choir. The singers range in age from 5 to…well, you get the picture.
